Muralplace acts as a platform connecting users.

Project agreements, payments, contracts, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the involved parties.

Muralplace is not responsible for disputes between users.

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate platform policies.

Users may not:

• Upload illegal content
• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
• Harass or abuse other users
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Post spam or fraudulent content
• Attempt to disrupt platform operations

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or threaten platform safety.

The Muralplace platform, branding, logos, and software remain the property of Muralplace.

Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse platform assets without permission.

Muralplace is provided on an "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, project success, or user outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muralplace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
